The Shoreline & Lake Forest Park Arts Council is a nonprofit, community based organization who’s mission is to enrich the lives of its citizens and visitors through arts awareness. By making art mediums available, they strive to “support, present, and encourage the arts.” One way they do this, is by this annual event.
