Check out Marymoor Park this Weekend: July 15th & 16th

Welcome to Marymoor Park.

A 640-acre oasis rests on the northern peak of Lake Sammamish in Redmond, Washington. Noted as King County’s “largest, oldest, and most popular parks,” you are sure to find something within its boundaries. Included in this massive green space, is a 40-acre off-leash dog park.

Coined by locals as “Doggy Disneyland”, any friendly family is welcome to enjoy the sun and water. Meet old friends and new while walking on the path.

This weekend, fourteen animal shelters and rescues across Washington State join in a combined effort to find “Fido” a forever home. Bow Wow Meow Luau is hosted by Denny’s Pet World. Join the fray, and indulge dogs of all shapes, sizes, and colors! Maybe even adopt one while you’re there!

Remember, the event is held at the Velodrome in Marymoor Park.

Even if you aren’t ready to adopt, you can still show your support. You can donate, or just stop by – they’ll have treats for the entire family! So, if this sounds like something you can get behind, join us on June 16th!
