Regent Cakes & Bakery is a light and bright boutique in the Factoria neighborhood of Bellevue. A 4-star rating notes their bakery as abundant with options, decadent, and delicious. A little ways away, in the Crossroads Mall, is the June Bakery. Noted for their heavenly and not-to-sweet baked goods, this place offers variety and convenience – and at an affordable price! Options including cookies, breads, cakes, and buns, this Korean bakery makes their foods fresh and include an ingredients list, so it’s easy to check for allergy-inducing components.
The old “Eastside standby,” The French Bakery has to be on this list, right? With multiple locations with at least a 4-star rating this bakery offers standard, fruited, or savory croissants, buns, breads, turnovers, cookies, and so much else. Their “always fresh” baked goods are baked in store, daily, allowing you to get your pastry-fix any day of the week!
Lastly, are you gluten-free? Because the Wildflour Gluten-Free Baking Company has you covered on this list! Noted as “unlike any other gluten-free product you have tried,” this bakery offers a plethora of options you wouldn’t even know are gluten-free! Breads, muffins, scones, and biscuits (plus some uber-nummy lemon bars) will delight your every occasion.
Downtown Main Street in old-Bellevue, likes a tiny shop named Belle Pastry. This snug, little boutique offers great coffee, breads, cookies, Danishes, quiches, and more! Their convenient location makes for an excellent detour away from Bellevue Square Mall and into the less congested area of Main Street.
