Check Out What the Eastside’s Been Hiding… These 7 Burger Joints Are Delish!

Burgers… are amazing – and you don’t have to get them at your local fast food joint. Or cut through Seattle traffic into the city. Especially when the Eastside has such an array to choose from.

We’ll start with our tip-top favorite: Tispy Cow Burger Bar. They’ve two locations, on in Redmond and one in Woodinville, and each of their burgers is made with custom ground, always grass-fed beef patties and comes with a side of All-Natural Challenger Gold Potato Fries. Their buns? Made by Macrina Artisan Bakery… for their artisan-style burgers. Enjoy classic flavors – the Tipsy Burger – or go all out with the Rockstar, which comes with brew-battered and fried bacon, maple syrup, Beecher’s cheese, a fried, organic egg, caramelized onions, and more…

Not too far away, Redmond also has Feed Co Burgers, which offers the classis burgers, fries, and a shake combo! As part of Staples Restaurant Group, they use prime Pacific Northwest ingredients to make their “perfect burgers” even better. They have a second location in the Central District of Seattle… so if you’re in the city, you don’t have to drive all the way to Redmond.

The Box & Burger Eatery was voted “the Best Food Truck of 425” for the third year in a row. Based in Kirkland, they specialize in creative fusion food, which includes an array of delectable not-so-usual burgers. You’ll enjoy their unique spin on traditional burgers… but they have a few classic, standbys, too!

Bothell’s Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey Bar offers “Fantastic burgers [and] great service.” You can find a list of some of their local vendors on their website, but a few highlights include Wilcox Family Farms, Double R Ranch Northwest Beef, Draper Valley Farms, and the Grand Central Baking Company. Don’t want to go to Bothell? Try their Tacoma location!

If the 224+ reviews on Yelp, all accumulating to a 4-star rating, wasn’t enough to try Wibbley’s Burgers, we’re sure their blackberry shakes and picante burger will win you over. They use never-frozen ground chuck beef, locally sourced here in the Pacific Northwest, and they offer veggie and gluten-free options. What’s not to love?

Our last option on this list is… a little unique – and “Home of the Original Japanese Deep Fried Burgers.” Katsu Burger was inspired by Japanese Fusion creativity, honest ingredients, and is always fried to perfection. Burgers crafted from the “highest quality 100% grass-fed beef” and their non-GMO chicken or pork patties are made at the same level, same level of health-consciousness – I mean… they’re still a burger, but still…
