Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi Opens in Bellevue and It’s Already a Hit

Windermere Mercer Island

Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi opened a few short months ago in Bellevue’s downtown district. Though they’re only open for dinner through midsummer – keep updated by subscribing online – they’re already making quite a splash! Recently, in July 2018, guests selected them for the OpenTable Diners’ Choice Award.

From the 31st floor of the Lincoln Square South Tower, you’ll enjoy expansive views, specific to Bellevue. Though their menu is Asian-influenced, their contemporary spin on steak and sushi make their dishes uniquely savorable and utterly theirs.

Depending on your family’s preferences, there’s a variety of food to choose from: vegetarian, American, seafood, and more! Enjoy all the flavors, from oysters, scallops, caviar, and geoduck, to spiced duck breast and Kurobuta pork belly. And their menu doesn’t end there. They also have a couple vegan and vegetarian options and salads – plus an array of premium cut steaks, sushi, New Zealand venison and lamb.

…and don’t forget dessert!

From the décor to their menu to their astounding service, soak in stunning sunsets in surroundings are cozy and comfortable, while also not betraying their sophisticated atmosphere and premium quality.

Remember, they’re only open for dinner – as of July 2018 – but they soon hope to open for lunch and have stated they’ll launch a Happy Hour simultaneous with their lunch launch!
