MARKET INSIGHT –

Waterfront expert, Larry Williams, has this to say about the current state of the Seattle region waterfront market: “Waterfront properties tend to be on the market for 6 months and more as the price point increases. That being said, the number of buyers shopping waterfront now is really strong. When properties in the $5 million – $9 million range are priced right, they seem to have no trouble finding buyers quickly.”
