September 12th Seattle Area Waterfront Report

Three waterfront properties hit the market this week in Kennydale’s Eagle Cove neighborhood. They are listed at $2.3, $2.5 and $3.25 million dollars. Also on the Eastside, is a $5.5 million waterfront home on Cascade Key in Newport Shores. In Seattle, a $4,595,000 waterfront home on Webster Point in Laurelhurst hit the market along with a $4.8 million-dollar home further north in Windermere. All in all, six new waterfront listings priced between $2.3 and $5.5 million came to market in the past week.
