Year-to-date, the combined Seattle, Eastside, Mercer Island, and Lake Sammamish region has seen 75 private waterfront sales. These 2018 transactions have occurred in the following price brackets:
Under $2 million – 10 sales
$2-3 million – 19 sales
$3-4 million – 18 sales
$4-5 million – 9 sales
$5-7 million – 10 sales
$7-10 million – 4 sales
$10 million and above – 5 sales
While we haven’t yet completed the third quarter, early indications show we will not pace with prior year-to-date (through Q3) averages: 117 in 2017; 116 in 2016; and 133 in 2015.
