Completely bucking the fall trend to date, this week saw the market either favoring sellers or balanced in every neighborhood except Downtown Seattle condos. There are variations by price point, as always, but it was a better week for sellers over-all than any in the past few months. Many freshly listed homes coming to market coupled with seasonal price reductions have made a compelling argument for buyers to buy now before the spring rush.
