24th Annual Garden d’Lights

The 24th Annual Garden d’Lights is here! Garden d’lights, at the Bellevue Botanical Garden features over half a million holiday lights formed into a variety of imaginative shapes including plants, flowers, animals and birds. The lights are displayed outdoors on a well-lit pathway. The walk is about ¾ of a mile, including the walk from your car. The average time to walk through and enjoy the display of lights is about 30-45 minutes. The magical display will run until December 30th from 4:30pm to 9:00pm, including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

The Trillium Store will be open every evening from 4:30pm to 9:30pm during Garden d’Lights. You may be able find a fun souvenir or holiday gift for someone special. There will also be music entertainment again this year. The performance locations will either take place inside the main entrance or at the Aaron Education Center, which is north of the main entrance. Each performance will last between 30 and 60 minutes. You can view the complete list of musical performances online today.

When planning your visit, be sure to print out the Garden d’Lights map. This map will give you a complete list of critters to check off as you find them walking through the light display. You will also find a list of fun facts regarding the annual event. Hot drinks and snacks will be available for purchase to enjoy while walking through the garden.

The ticket cost is $5 per person, and children under 10 are free. If you are a Garden Society member, you will receive a free pass for one with an individual membership, or a free pass for four with a family membership. Tickets will be available for purchase at the display entrance or you can purchase your tickets online. Please note that even with the rain, the light display will still be open for viewing.  There will be free parking at Wilburton Hill Park or a cost of $5 per car in the garden parking lot.
