Mother’s Day at the Bellevue Botanical Garden

Celebrate Mother’s Day this weekend at the Bellevue Botanical Garden! With it being one of the most popular days of the year, it is also the perfect time to see the abundance of beautiful spring blossoms throughout the Garden. Come to the Bellevue Botanical Garden on Sunday, May 12th from 11:00am-4:00pm for a special day to celebrate your mom.

The Bellevue Botanical garden will feature live music including the Bellevue Uke’sters, a Ballroom dancing demonstration, Plein Air artists painting live in the Garden, Docent-led tours of the Garden and Posy-making for your mom! You can view the complete musical performance schedule online. Sunday will also include the reopening of the newly renovated Native Discovery Garden. The newly renovated Garden features a new entry path, increased accessibility, updated signage, new benches and planters, and hundreds of newly planted natives. You will also have the chance to speak with members of the Washington Native Plant Society.

All day, these activities will be offered at no cost. Enjoy refreshments at the Copper Kettle Coffee Bar and pick up a memorable gift at the Trillium Store. Make this a special and fun day, celebrating your mom!
