Fifteen private waterfront homes made it into the limelight this week. There were six new waterfront listings – two in Seattle, one on Mercer Island and three on the Eastside. A total of eight homes went under contract – seven on the Eastside and one in Seattle. One Lake Sammamish home sale closed this week. View photos and full property information.
